Pop Stop SLO is is the Central Coast's newest joyful gluten-free snack brand, inspired by the sunshine, surf, and easygoing spirit of the SLO Life. 

After more than a decade in SLO County—and four years soaking up the SLO-down-and-smile rhythm of Cayucos—founder Sherilyn Keller started Pop Stop SLO as a way to make herself quick, nourishing snacks during long, creative workdays. Something gluten-free. Something plant-forward. Something protein-packed. And yes… something fun.

What began as a personal snack experiment quickly turned into a community obsession. Friends kept saying, “I would totally buy these!” And with every new flavor she tested, it became clear: there’s a special magic in these nostalgic little pops—like sunshine you can eat.

Today, Pop Stop SLO crafts wholesome nut-butter–oat–honey protein pops in playful beach-day (and seasonal/holiday) flavors, all handcrafted in Sherilyn’s Licensed & Insured Cottage Food Operation in Cayucos. 

Every batch is mixed, scooped, swirled, and wrapped with intention—made to nourish your day while still feeling like a treat.

Each pop is gluten-free, plant-forward, and protein-packed, handcrafted in flavors that people can’t stop talking about — think Orange Dreamsicle, Lemonade S’mores, Mermaid Mint Chocolate, and more.
